TAN DELTA & THREE-PHASE RELAY TESTS USING OMICRON
Tan Delta Test
Electrical properties of insulating systems change due to age and continuous electrical stress. Tan Delta (also known as Loss Angle or Dissipation Factor testing) is a diagnostic method of testing electrical equipment to determine the integrity of the insulation. By measuring electrical properties such as Capacitance and Tan-Delta regularly, it is possible to ensure the operational reliability of insulation used in high voltage systems and to avoid costly insulation breakdown.
Three-phase Relay Test
Our universal test set enables automated testing and diagnosis on protection and control systems such as differential relays or multifunction relays from different manufacturers.
