A Licensed Electrical Engineer (22kV) and an Authorised SP PowerGrid Tester, Er. Teo specializes in Switchgears, Protection Systems in Distribution Networks and Testing & Commissioning in Distribution Networks for voltages up to 22 kV.
A strong believer in knowledge-sharing and contributing back to the industry, Er. Teo has for the past two decades, been a Trainer of the "High Voltage Operations Course for Engineers”. This course is organised by Ngee Ann Polytechnic for working engineers and PEs aspiring to apply for EMA LEW, Grade 9 Switching Licence; culminating in an exam, sanctioned by EMA. He has trained more than 800 participants to date.

Mr Felix Chan brings with him a wealth of experience in both local and regional coverage in the electrical industry. Prior to joining STEPL, Felix was the Technical Sales Manager of an established T&D distributor for 18 years, and Senior Technical Manager of a transformer manufacturer for 16 years.
Felix's penchant for continual learning, networking and encouraging the new generation of electrical practitioners continues to be his main drivers to excel in the industry.

Ms Joyce Chin joined STEPL in 2016. Armed with a Bachelor of Science (Honours), she has a strong foundation in Human Capital Management and valuable experience accumulated from working in various industries in Human Resources and Sales. Joyce works closely with the Operations department and focuses on the sustainability and the execution of the company’s growth plans, ensuring that clients and partners continue to enjoy an excellent experience with STEPL.

Mr Pang Soon Hua has about 20 years experience in electrical engineering which includes high voltage and low voltage switchgear and transformer testing, commissioning and maintenance. Pang is a Licensed Electrical Worker (Technician) and an authorised tester registered with SP Power.

Mr Duan Tongwei has more than 15 years of experience in the electrical works industry. He has held several leadership roles during his experience as a qualified electrician in High and Low Voltage as well as Power Distribution in China and Kazakhstan. Duan's career at System Technic began in 2011 and he has acquired a wealth of experience in electrical testing and maintenance over the years.
