ITE Certified OJT Centre
STEPL, in close partnership with ITE, has incorporated On-The-Job (OJT) Training as an effective tool to develop training programmes to enhance the needs of our employees and their effectiveness.
ISO 9001:2015
STEPL has managed our ISO 9001 certification since 2015. This shows that we have demonstrated our ability to consistently provide quality service that meets our clients' needs through effective processes for continual improvement within statutory and regulatory requirements.
bizSAFE 4
We have attained bizSAFE 4 certification and have in place a Workplace Safety and Health Management System. This is another testament to the high standards we observe in safety and health at our workplace.

Earn and Learn Programme by SkillsFuture (SP & NP)
STEPL provides an authentic environment for polytechnic and ITE undergraduates to deepen their existing skills and to acquire new ones through the Earn & Learn Programme, an initiative of SkillsFuture. With a plethora of hands-on experiences, we ensure our graduates see how textbook knowledge come alive, thus equipping them with both hard and soft skills to integrate seamlessly when they join the workforce in the future.
SME Mentors Programme by SkillsFuture
STEPL believes in the continuously learning and development of its employees. Harnessing on the initiative of the SkillsFuture SME Mentor Programme, our employees have the opportunity to learn from experienced mentors in the industry through a structured mentoring and coaching programme. NTU, SIT-NTUC and NP Mentorship Programme
STEPL believes that engineers must enter their profession with the right mindset and values. It achieves this through its tie-up with the Mentorship Programme of the relevant tertiary institutions. Under the tutelage of its LEW 9 and a group of veteran engineers, it provides career-related advice and insights on industry trends and practices.
